SALES & MARKETING ASSOCIATE:
This position is for a Sales & Marketing Associate for immediate hire, local candidates only. The Associate would report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager and would be required to provide support through specific marketing tasks, develop and maintain multiple websites and also provide sales support. An ideal candidate for this position should have the ability to prioritize multiple projects, work in a team and as an individual, and be self-sufficient. Excellent organizational and effective communication skills are essential. Must be proficient in office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver is also essential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support marketing programs, coordinate marketing events
- Internet research
- Creating and editing of presentations and reports
- Keeping company's product information up to date, both online and offline
- Creation of new marketing materials – including brochures, webpages and mail campaigns
- Tradeshow planning and coordinating
- Sales lead follow-up
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physics, Engineering or equivalent.
- Must possess time management skills and follow-through.
- Experience in Marketing, Advertising, PR or similar field.
- Sales background a plus.
- Excellent Adobe Dreamweaver, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel skills.
- Some experience with graphical design programs is helpful (Adobe Photoshop, Corel Photo-Paint, Corel Draw, etc).
- The ability to write creative copy a plus
